Shopping Jardins Customer Service (SAC) is located at the Information Desk and is ready to swiftly and efficiently serve mall clients by receiving requests, suggestions and praise, as well as complaints.
The shopping mall has five entrances, four exits and 1,876 parking spaces. Of these, 39 are for the handicapped and 105 for the over-60s. There are also parking spots for bicycles and motorcycles and a tire gauge service.
For added convenience, parking can be paid at the Pague Rapido terminals, by prepaid cards or by using the mall’s Mobile App available for Android and IOS operating systems.
Shopping Jardins has a fleet of accredited taxis conveniently located near the mall’s main entrances.
There are several information totems in the Brazilian sign language Libras for the hearing-impaired, bathrooms specially designed for people with special needs and wheelchairs available for the elderly and those with limited mobility.
Bathrooms for children or family bathrooms are available at both Arcos and Jardins food courts, as well as beside O Boticário. Each bathroom has been specially decorated with the little ones in mind.

Strollers for small children are also available at the Information Desk located at the main entrance near Ferreiro Restaurant. The service is free and there is no time limit. However, strollers must be returned at least 15 minutes before the mall closes.
