Since its opening in November 1997, Jardins Shopping Mall has played a key role in the economic and social development of the neighborhood, helping to make it one of the most sought-after districts in the city.

Sustainability remains at the heart of our mission. We implement eco-friendly practices that create a positive impact, including recycling centers for all solid waste generated by the Mall. We also encourage the local community to adopt good practices by providing eco-centers for proper waste disposal.

Our commitment to sustainability has earned us significant recognition. In 2006, we received the Newton Rique Sustainability Prize, awarded by the Brazilian Association of Shopping Centers. We have also been awarded ODS Good Practices Seals and hold international I-REC certification guaranteeing that 100% of our electricity comes from renewable sources.

Accessibility

Inclusivity is a priority at Jardins Shopping Mall. Our infrastructure is designed to ensure that all visitors can enjoy our facilities and events comfortably and independently.

To enhance accessibility, we provide audio guides and Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) interpreters for most activities. Visitors with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or sensory hypersensitivity can request earmuffs for a more comfortable experience. Wheelchairs for both adults and children are available free of charge at the Customer Services Center (CAC) and at Gates C and D, allowing visitors with reduced mobility to navigate the Mall with ease.

Our facilities include adapted restrooms designed for comfort and safety. Reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities or reduced mobility, individuals with ASD, senior citizens, and pregnant women are conveniently located near the main entrances.

Designed with families in mind, the Family Area in the Jardins Mall Food Court provides a welcoming, private, and convenient space for parents and small children.

The area is fully equipped with comfortable seating, a microwave oven for heating food, a washbasin, and a special breastfeeding chair to ensure convenience and privacy.  The area also contains a food preparation area and adapted restrooms, making life easier for parents who need to feed or care for small children during their visit.

Jardins Shopping Mall has a spacious parking lot with five entrances and four exits, providing a total of 1,963 spaces for cars, including 41 reserved for people with disabilities, 12 for individuals with ASD, 107 for senior citizens, and 2 for pregnant women, in addition to 5 with electric vehicle charging stations. We also provide parking for motorcycles, with a free tire pump, and an area designated for bicycles. Parking can be paid for easily via self-service terminals using contactless credit card transactions or through the Jardins Mall app, available for Android and iOS.
